The other day I received a message from someone very dear to me. He told me he'd been in an accident and that he'd fractured four ribs, crushed his pelvis, and lost one of his legs. Apparently, he'd been in the hospital for awhile and was expecting to be there a couple more weeks due to needing more surgeries.
Is it just me or is facebook messenger not the best form of communication for getting news this big? What happened to phone calls? Nobody seems to do this anymore. What do you think?
