A Time and Stress Saving Tip for New Parents

Hello, my loves!

I don't know if you know this about me, but I have been a mom for 26 years.  I have 6 beautiful children aged 25, 22, 19, 16, 11, and 2.

For most of those years, especially the few I was a stay at home mom, I loved taking my kids shopping.  For me, it was a nice way to get out of the house and the kids were well behaved and enjoyed it, too.

But when I became a single mom again at the ripe, old age of 39 and my new little one was the kind who cried or screamed the whole time we were in the store, I began to dread going.  There were plenty of times when I'd be running low on diapers or wipes and looking for someone to pick them up for me or watch the baby so I could go.

Now, I had shopped online a few times to get things I couldn't find locally or just because I didn't feel like going to the store, but I had been avoiding signing up for Amazon Prime because of the cost and while I was still mostly enjoying going to the store.  But when my youngest came along, with that temper, and I was having to work outside of the home to take care of us, I decided to go ahead and give it a try with the free trial last Christmas.

I saved so much time and money in just that month that it covered the cost and I just couldn't give it up!

In the past 9 or so months I have used it to get almost everything I used to have to run down to Wal-mart for.  It is absolutely amazing to come home from work and have my shopping already done and sitting there waiting for me!

Amazon has tons of products and services (I even used it to replace Netflix for a few months when money was tight), but even if all you use it for is diapers and wipes, it's worth it for saving time and stress!  At least in my opinion.  At this point, I don't think I'll ever give it up.

I hope this is as helpful to you as it was to me.

Much love,

Mother Tory
