I found this and thought it might be less chemical than premade ones from the store.
1/2 cup of fine ground salt
1 3/4 teaspoon of Potassium Chloride, apparently this is a salt substitute that people use sometimes
1/2 teaspoon of Magnesium Glycinate powder, I've been told that this can be found in the vitamin aisle
Mix powders together well. Makes 48 servings
When ready to use, mix 1/2 teaspoon of mix into 4 cups of water.
Can add juice or fruit for flavor
Please let me know if this is good. I'll be giving it a try myself very soon.
