This is supposed to be like a Salisbury steak, but I don't make gravy or anything with it. It's just really good on it's own.
1 lb. ground meat of your choice
3 T ketchup
1 t salt
2 eggs
Italian seasoning
garlic powder onion powder
mustard powder
Worcestershire sauce
black pepper
Seasonings to taste, approximately a teaspoon of each
Mix together and shape into patties.
Cook in frying pan on medium heat, I like to cook meat in butter, about 8 minutes each side.
